Curriculum Services
HB3 offers tailored curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment recommendations for charter schools, microschools, and mission-driven learning programs in cultural institutions. The work aligns academic goals with learner needs, ensuring content is engaging, equitable, and standards-aligned. Support includes everything from visioning and scope and sequence planning to performance task design and diagnostic tools. Each solution is built for real-world relevance and long-term impact.
Education Policy and Research
HB3 conducts rigorous, actionable research to inform education policy and practice. Services include literature reviews, 50-state policy scans, mixed methods or qualitative research design, development of interview and observation protocols, and program evaluations for cultural institutions. HB3 also offers coding and analysis of qualitative data, synthesis of findings, and preparation of final reports and presentations for internal or public audiences. Each engagement is grounded in methodological integrity and tailored to the unique goals of the partner organization.
Cultural Access Collaborative
The Cultural Access Collaborative is an HB3 initiative that helps museums and cultural institutions expand their educational reach through inclusive, curriculum-connected programming geared to students in alternative school models (homeschool, microschools, etc.). Services include curriculum design, accessibility strategies, educator and learner-facing tools, and alignment with local or state learning goals. HB3 works directly with institutions, or groups of them, to co-create sustainable models that welcome diverse learners and deepen community impact. Each partnership is customized to reflect the identity, capacity, and mission of the participating organizations.
